Our first implementation was with Prudential Real Estate, which supplied exception based processing and a strategic partner data marketing plan to lenders and their loan officers. Currently, with the abandonment of Marketing Agreements that have been ruled to be outside RESPA by the Consumer Protection Bureau, this plan will allow a different way to a strategic partnership.
